Framehaus Studios

Built for editors, loved by crews.

Framehaus Studios started as a list of production gripes: loud AC, messy distro, missing carts. We fixed the list. Today, our stages are quiet, power is labeled, and there is coffee that doesn’t taste like set coffee.

Mission

Make great footage the default outcome. We remove friction—so your crew can point lenses at the story, not the problems.

Philosophy

Editorial-first architecture: control the noise floor, the light, and the power. Everything else follows.

Promise

Clear pricing, honest availability, and humans on the other end of the line—every time.

Theo Nguyen — Facilities

Keeps the stages spotless, the carts rolling, and the coffee genuinely good.

Timeline

2021 — We strip, insulate, and float our first stage floor. Silence becomes policy.

2023 — Daylight loft opens with full blackout tracks and ND netting.

2025 — Power upgrade to 200A 3-phase; pre-rig options expand across stages.
